5. Compliance (KYC/AML)

  • WMPay is legally required to collect and verify customer information (Know Your Customer).

7. Liability & Disclaimers

  • WMPay is not liable for delays, failures, or losses caused by third-party banks, payment processors, or external networks.
  • We do not guarantee exchange rate stability. Rates may change between transaction initiation and completion.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, WMPay is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, and software related to WMPay are owned by the company.
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute WMPay’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

9. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time.
  • WMPay may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
